The fighting near Moscow in 2025 was the last act of World War III. Russian troops began to defend the capital while being attacked by two NATO corps.

Irregular and paramilitary formations took part in the fighting, including Russian opposition troops.

The attack on Moscow began on December 1 and was planned to capture it on December 31. American, Polish and French troops advanced from the west in three directions and laboriously pushed the Russians east.
