Shipping and Payment
When it comes to shipping, we work with DHL and Deutsche Post. Within Germany we ship free of charge for a total invoice amount of €59.00 or more. Otherwise we charge a standard flat rate of €5.90.
As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to us, we will prepare your package for dispatch. Normally the driver will pick it up on the next working day, who will then drive the shipment to the depot, where it will then be dispatched. If everything goes well, you will receive your package in a few working days.
As soon as your package leaves our store on Lepsiusstraße, you will receive a tracking number from us. Then enter this on www.dhl.de under Track shipment to receive a status report about your shipment.
From the moment you place your order to the moment it leaves the store as a package, you will be informed about each of these steps by email.
