Winged Victory - Among the Clouds Above

Winged Victory - Among the clouds above is a simulation about WWI aerial warfare for 1 to 8 players. Featuring a side-view of the action, it focuses on planes' energy management to achieve aerial victories and ultimately survive.  It comes with solo and multiplayer scenarios as well as an immersive and dramatic campaign as a WWI flyer on one of the three available fronts: Western, Italian and Channel.

Gameplay Overview:

In Winged Victory up to 8 players joust in the skies, playing the game in rounds, each one representing approximately 17 seconds of real flight. Each round is divided in up to 4 main phases to be taken step-by-step by each player.

FLAK MARKERS PLACEMENT: If a faction owns at least one Flak emplacement, its players can place one Flak Marker per emplacement in this phase.
SPOTTING:  Spotting is used to determine the order of movement.
MOVEMENT: Players move their own planes on the map.
COMBAT: If a chance of combat arises, it is resolved in this phase.
