Lock ‘n Load Tactical is a fast and furious squad-level tactical game using a quick impulse system and great immersive graphics gives you a true feeling of being there. In LnLT you get squads, weapon teams, armored vehicles, fixed-wing aircraft, and, in the modern-era games, helicopters, and Jets.  As a Tactical Squad system, special skills and leadership are all part of the base game. Single men such as Leaders, Snipers, Medics, Nurses, Advisors,  Chaplains, and, of course, Heroes.  Your troops' leadership and special unit skills can affect your battles by inspiring your men; leading them to feats of heroic bravery and more. Random events triggered during play causing events like ambushes, squads panic, and special support to name a few. Battles so intense that stories can be written about them. It's all here in Lock 'n Load Tactical.

Do you ever wish you could try a new game system and make sure it is for you?  Well now you can, with our Lock ‘n Load Tactical Starter Kit v5.1.  Lock ‘n Load Tactical Starter Kit gives you a chance to play two scenarios from our World War 2 Heroes of Normandy game and two scenarios from our Heroes of the Nam game.  Our games are designed and produced with the new player in mind, and for today’s gamers: we use a large font size making our games easy to read, with high-quality components.  Our manuals have lots of examples to illustrate the game mechanics. Our motto is “Play the Game, Not the Rules” because we understand that the best way to learn a game system is to be shown.  We achieve this with our extensive play-list of “boot camp” training videos, available on YouTube, that walk you through the entire system rule by rule. 

Included in our LnLT Starter Kit are one full color 11.0 x 17.0 double-sided map, one counter sheet with 130 rounded counters 2 mm thick, an 11 x 17 player aid card and links to download your preferred game manual.  The only thing you will need is a set of 1d6 dice.

Our game manual comes in a variety of formats for free, these include PDF, EPUB, and a Web Browser Edition.  On top of that, the game the Lock ‘n Load Tactical system is very solitaire friendly due to its impulse system.  But that is not your only option: once you become familiar with the game system, you can play online with other players via our free downloadable VASSAL and Tabletop Simulator modules. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Starter Kit DOES NOT include a printed game manual.  The manual can be viewed and or downloaded via our web browser edition.  The LnLT Starter Kit is also included in the LnLT Core Rules.  There is no difference between the LnLT Starter Kit included in the free download LnLT Core Rules and the Print Edition of the Starter Kit, with the one exception these materials are printed and come with die-cut counters.
