This wargame simulates the Axis offensive and the Soviet counter offensive do it between fall and winter of 1941, at the Leningrad district.

The Germans launched the offensive with an unrealistic plan,on terrain unfit far mechanized movement, in a climate that was going to go from bad to worse, and against an enemy

who was recovering from the border battles of the summer. However, they managed to capture their first target, which in the end would be the deepest, when they took the city of Tijvin.

With the arrival of Soviet reinforcements and German exhaustion, came the Soviet counter-offensive, which returned the Germans, after more than two months from the beginning of their offensive, to their starting positions.
