Ocracoke: Gold and Glory

Legend had it that, Ocracoke Island was a heaven of pirates, and was also a most mysterious hideout of Blackbeard. To celebrate the harvest of last plunder, he held a big party for pirates from everywhere.
Unfortunately, when every guest was enjoying the party, an explosion interrupted the party. It was the navy that found the hideout! All guest ran for their lives hardly, but most treasure was still on Blackbeard’s ship: Queen Anne’s Revenge. Blackbeard and his men then had no choice but they don't defend the navy, they defend the ship!
The Goal of game is to collect 5 coins before anyone else, and win the game by taking following actions:

1. use the ability of one of two double-sided action cards, then flip the card to another side.

2. declare the answer with all players.
Players will continually play for several rounds until  one of the players collects the 5th coin, and the game ends immediately. The winner will be the one who has the most coins.
